• Supporting the improvement of technicians’ and operational staff’s competence through targeted training and regular evaluation of development needs.

This policy statement is communicated to all employees and relevant interested parties and is reviewed at least once a year by the Director to ensure its suitability and effectiveness. This policy is supported by the Quality Management System Team in implementing roles and responsibilities across all work units.
本政策聲明已傳達給公司全體員工及相關利害關係方,並由總經理每年至少審查一次,以確保其適宜性
